Booking Terms

RESET UK 2026 takes place at De Vere Latimer Estate from 16 to 18 October 2026. A place costs £500. Your reservation is confirmed only after myRESETworld receives a successful payment through the secure checkout.

• Pay £500 in full when you reserve your place.
• Pay a £100 deposit, then complete the £400 balance manually through your private payment link.
• Where available, authorise two automatic £200 balance payments on 1 August and 20 August 2026. myRESETworld sends a reminder before each scheduled charge.

Every outstanding balance must be paid by 23:59 UK time on 1 September 2026. After this point, the payment link closes and unfinished payment plans cannot be completed online.

The initial £100 deposit is non-refundable, in line with the Payment, Deposit & Booking Transfer Policy. If you cancel after paying more than £100, myRESETworld will refund the amount paid above £100. If myRESETworld cancels the retreat for reasons within our reasonable control, myRESETworld will refund all payments received, including the £100 deposit.

To request a cancellation or discuss a payment-plan issue, email info@myresetworld.com using the email address on your booking.

By choosing the automatic instalment option, you authorise myRESETworld to charge the card used for your deposit for the two stated £200 payments. You may cancel future automatic payments by contacting myRESETworld before the next scheduled charge. Cancelling future payments does not change the £100 non-refundable deposit rule.
